1. Who we are

JJC International LLC (“JJC,” “we,” or “us”) is an HVAC contractor in Pennsylvania. We run the website hvacplumbingnearme.com and serve Philadelphia and the surrounding counties (Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester). You can call or text us at (445) 289-2277.

2. What we collect

When you fill out a form on our website

• Free estimate (contact) form: your name, phone number, and the service you need. If you choose, also your email address, service address, and a message.
• 60-second estimate form: the service you need, your home size, the type of job, your name, and your phone number. If you choose, also your job zip code and notes about the project.

When you call, text, or email us

Your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us, such as details about your system, your home, or the problem you need fixed.

Basic technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the time. When you send a form, it may also record details like your IP address and the page the form came from, so the message can be delivered and checked for spam.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your request by phone, text, or email.
• To prepare estimates, schedule visits, and do the work you ask for.
• To follow up about your request or project.
• To keep records of our work, estimates, and invoices.
• To keep our website working, secure, and free of spam.
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

4. Text messages

• When we text you: only if you give us permission, for example by agreeing on our contact form, or if you text us first.
• What we send: messages about your request, such as estimate details, scheduling, appointment updates, and follow-ups about your project.
• How often: it varies, depending on your request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
• For help: reply HELP, or call us at (445) 289-2277.
• You don’t have to agree to texts to do business with us. You can always call us instead.
• Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Companies that help us run our business

We use a few service providers. They get only the information they need to do their job for us.

• Netlify hosts our website and receives our form submissions. Netlify screens submissions for spam using a service called Akismet.
• Google: our pages load the “Inter” font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser information when a page loads. Form submissions are also emailed to our Gmail inbox, which Google hosts.
• Replit: our home page currently shows a small “Made with Replit” badge that loads from Replit’s servers, so Replit receives your IP address and basic browser information. If you close the badge, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Clicking the badge takes you to Replit’s website.
• Phone and text: we answer our own business line, (445) 289-2277. Calls and texts go through our regular mobile phone carrier.
• Invoicing software (Joist), if you become a customer.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the safety or rights of our customers, our team, or the public, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Our website links to our YouTube and Instagram pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and analytics

Right now, our website does not use cookies, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), or advertising pixels or trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is the Replit badge setting described above, and only if you close the badge. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep lead and customer records for 3 years after our last contact or job. We may keep some records longer when we need them for warranties, taxes, insurance, or legal reasons. After that, we delete them.

8. How we protect your information

Our website uses a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Only the people who need your information to help you can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

9. Your choices

• See, correct, or delete your information: contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons.
• Stop text messages: reply STOP to any text from us.
• Stop calls or emails: just tell us, and we will stop.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
